Designers Nicole Tomazi and Sergio Cabral, the Ateliê de Fiação group uses crochet as a platform for manual dialogue to create experimental connections. Nine people from different parts of the country participate in a collective challenge to create together, in a creative flow: a way of combining different visions and aesthetics in the same language.
Sensory, organic and three-dimensional objects then emerge in which crochet is the guiding thread. With the participation of light designer Cris Bertolucci, they gain, in addition to their own light, brass points that expand the dialogue between shapes and materials. To help visually orchestrate this story, the art direction of Michell Lott comes into play.
